THE DELAY

Work is entered twice, but accountable records are still missing.

When data breaks between equipment, spreadsheets, and ERP, the cause of an error and the evidence needed to respond disappear with it.

Spreadsheet inventory

Recorded quantities drift from physical stock.

No label history

No record of who printed which label and when.

Delayed ERP updates

Field work is re-entered manually or posted late.

Shipping errors

Insufficient scan and inspection evidence causes mis-shipments.

Limited traceability

Items, lots, and serial numbers are difficult to trace.

Scattered service history

Equipment failures, inspections, and repairs live in separate places.

HOW IT WORKS

Turn equipment readings into operational records you can use immediately.

Each scan and device action becomes a receiving, production, inspection, or label record connected to the systems you already use.

01

Connect

Connect printers, scanners, industrial mobile computers and tablets, RFID, scales, and vision equipment.

02

Operate

Run receiving, shipping, inventory, production, inspection, labeling, and service.

03

Record

Store lot, serial, operator, time, location, and print history.

04

Integrate

Exchange data with ERP, MES, WMS, accounting, spreadsheets, and APIs.

MODULES

Start with the one process slowing your operation down.

Keep the equipment and systems that still work, connect the work you need now, and expand in phases.

Choose the field problem to inspect. Nothing advances automatically.

Delivery capabilities

How does the data get off the floor?

  • Barcode and QR scans become receiving, shipping, inspection and stocktake records
  • Serial-level stocktaking on mobile computers or tablets
  • LOT/serial traceability, with the history kept

HOW WE START

SERION implementation process

We stay responsible from field assessment and equipment selection through installation, integration, stabilization, and maintenance.

  1. STEP 01 / 05

    Assess the site and equipment

Review workflows together with existing equipment, ERP, and network conditions.

We do not start from what you need to buy. We look at the equipment and workflows you already run, and establish how far the assets on your floor can already take you.

    • Equipment in use: printers, scanners, rugged mobile computers and tablets, RFID, scales, vision systems
    • Workflows: inbound, outbound, stock, production, inspection, labelling, after-sales
    • Current ERP, MES, WMS and spreadsheet use, and the network around them
  2. STEP 02 / 05

Plan what stays and what changes

Identify reusable equipment, required additions, captured data, and delivery paths.

The assessment is split into what keeps working and what needs supplementing — and alongside it, which values the floor should record and where those values need to arrive.

    • Equipment to keep, and equipment to supplement
    • Captured fields: LOT, serial, operator, time, location, print history
    • Where the captured data is delivered
  3. STEP 03 / 05

    Propose a phased configuration

Define the Stock, Label, LINK, and Care modules needed now and the order of adoption.

Nothing is replaced all at once. We propose the modules needed now and the order to adopt them, so you can start with the process that hurts most.

    • Modules needed now: Stock, Label, LINK, Care
    • Which process starts first, and what follows
  4. STEP 04 / 05

    Supply, install, and integrate

One team handles equipment setup, ERP and API integration, and on-site commissioning.

Supply, installation and integration stay with one team, so responsibility is not scattered between a vendor, an installer and an integrator when something goes wrong.

    • Equipment supply, installation and configuration
    • ERP, MES, WMS, accounting, spreadsheet and API connections
    • On-site commissioning
  5. STEP 05 / 05

    Stabilize and maintain

Respond to incidents and improve operations using records from real use.

Installation is not the end. We respond to incidents that appear in real use, and keep refining how the site runs on the evidence those records provide.

    • Incident response during real use
    • Operational improvement grounded in accumulated records

QUESTIONS

What to confirm before adoption

Review equipment reuse, phased adoption, ERP integration, and incident ownership.

Q01 / 06Is SERION an ERP?

Rather than replacing ERP, SERION captures, structures, and connects the field data that ERP needs.

Q02 / 06Can we start while managing data in spreadsheets?

Yes. We can organize item, customer, and inventory data and start with SERION Stock and Label.

Q03 / 06Do we need to replace all existing equipment?

No. We first review the models and interfaces of your printers, scanners, industrial mobile computers, and tablets, retain compatible equipment, and add only what is required.

Q04 / 06Can we use only the functions we need?

Yes. Start with the Stock, Label, LINK, or Care modules you need and expand in phases.

Q05 / 06Can it connect to our existing ERP?

We review the CSV, database, or API options your ERP supports and design a connection that minimizes operational disruption.

Q06 / 06Who do we call when equipment and software fail together?

The one team that delivered SERION checks the equipment, integration path, and software records together. You do not have to coordinate separate vendors.
